1. Where do merch profits go?
The Editors Tea Club is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization registered as a 501(c)(6) entity in the United States. All profits from our merch store support the operations of the organization, including member resources and events.
2. How are your products made?
We partner with Printful, a print-on-demand service, to create and ship your products. Each item is made to order, ensuring it’s crafted specifically for you.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to fulfill and are shipped shortly after. Shipping times depend on your location:
USA: 3–5 business days
International: 7–20 business days

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
5. What is your return policy?
Since all products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping rates are set by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and are beyond our control. We understand that shipping costs can be high, especially for international orders, and we sincerely appreciate your support despite this challenge.
7. What sizes are available for your apparel?

8. Can I customize an item?
Currently, we do not offer customization. However, we love hearing your ideas! Feel free to share suggestions for future products.
